No personal details will be made available to third parties, including any Hypnotherapist, but not limited to such individuals, or companies, without the expressed permission, of the sender of any feedback. The information provided, will be used to ensure the ethical and worthwhile practice of Hypnotherapy, by our listed members. Any negative feedback will be investigated fully and appropriate action will be taken. It is not our policy to report our end decision to sender of feedback. Data protection laws prohibit us from releasing such details. Should you require further details, please contact us here and we will endeavour to be of assistance to you. This form may be used for both positive and negative feedback. Positive feedback by it's very nature will be passed on with warm regards to the Hypnotherapist concerned.

The Irish Hypnotist Register and its affiliates cannot be held responsible for any acts, or otherwise unethical practice of any Hypnotherapist registered with the IHR. Members found to be practicing in a manner other than that suggested by the code of ethics will be removed from the register and may be reported to various affiliated companies and/or organisations.

The IHR is not a police force and we cannot prevent any Hypnotherapist from practicing. We do retain the right to terminate memberships of The Irish Hypnotist Register and report offences to other organised bodies as stated in the membership contract.
